How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Great food (not your typical "rubber chicken" luncheon). Super ambiance. (we create an environment for a celebration) Friendly down home SERVICE. (most of our employees have a "day" job and they work here because it is FUN).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations. Oak Lodge on Sherwood Forest Blvd @ W. Bricksome, and Parc 73 on Hwy 73 in Prairieville.

Oak Lodge take I-12 from downtown B.R. to Sherwood Forest exit. Exit south (toward Coursey Blvd) for approx. 1 mile, Turn rt. on W Bricksome , go approx 150 yards and turn rt. into our parking lot. (note-w. Bricksome is only about 150 yards long. So you are going to the end of the street.)
Parc 73 -Take I-10 from Baton Rouge towards New Orleans. 1st exit past Highland Rd. is Hwy 73-exit here. Go north towards Airline Hwy (U.S.61) exactly 1 mile. Parc 73 is on left. Rec.Center sits behind a brick wall approx. 200 ft from hwy. on 5.6 acres
